Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All of our products are shipped via a tracked delivery service. Current shipping times are 3-5 days.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of placing (excluding weekends). Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm that it has dispatched.
Delivery Method
We ship all UK orders via EVRI 48. The standard shipping fee for all of our wall prints is £2.99. If your order is £40+ you'll receive FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping typically takes 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
International Delivery
Great news! We now offer international shipping using Royal Mail Tracked International Shipping (5-7 working days) £11.99.
Buyers are wholly responsible for any applicable customs and imports taxes that may apply. North East Prints accept no responsibility for delays due to customs or import related issues.
Returns
Should you wish to return your products please contact us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returning Personalised Items
Unless Faulty, personalised products cannot be returned. These product types are printed and designed personalised to you. If there is a mistake on the product we are happy to review this through our support process at northeastprints@cgwretail.com
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning unwanted products. These costs are non-refundable. For part order returns, shipping costs are also non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In the rare event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us ASAP with the following information;
- Order number
- Customer name
- Email address
- Item name/description
- Photo of the incorrect/damaged product
We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any personalised products.
